Monaco is the first revenue engine for startups. We're building the AI native platform that replaces legacy CRM and disparate sales point solutions. We're looking for a Software Engineer to help build and shape Monaco's core product. You'll work closely with product and design to turn fuzzy ideas into real features that customers use every day. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership - from first prototype to production and beyond. What you'll do: Build and ship product features end to end across the stack Partner with product and design to solve real customer problems Keep our systems fast, reliable, and easy to iterate on Improve our dev workflows, tooling, and deployment over time What we're looking for: 2+ years of experience building product‑driven software Strong in at least one modern language (JS/TS, Go, etc.); some Python exposure Experience with web frameworks, APIs, and cloud infrastructure Curious, practical, and excited about building and using AI to move faster
