We’re looking for a Senior Software QA Analyst who brings a strategic mindset, strong testing expertise, and the ability to influence outcomes across teams. This is a role for someone who sees beyond test cases—someone who understands risk, drives clarity, and elevates how quality is delivered.

Responsibilities
Define and drive test strategy and quality approach across client engagements
Perform and guide end-to-end, exploratory, and regression testing across web, API, and data layers
Partner with client stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to ensure meaningful test coverage
Develop and maintain test plans, strategies, and traceability
Identify defects, analyze impact, and provide clear, actionable insights
Support performance, load, and security testing efforts as needed
Contribute to CI/CD processes to support consistent, reliable delivery
Analyze testing outcomes and recommend process and quality improvements
Mentor team members and promote strong QA practices and standards
Requirements
6-10+ years of experience in QA or software testing roles
Strong foundation in manual testing, exploratory testing, and test design
Proven ability to define and influence test strategy and quality outcomesExperience working within CI/CD pipelines and Agile environments
Strong understanding of risk analysis, defect management, and system behavior
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams
