About

Analyze and interpret large and complex datasets from multiple sources to drive strategic business insights. Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with business teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions. Design and optimize queries on Snowflake to extract and process relevant data efficiently. Assist in developing and maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes in AWS environments. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality in analytics outputs. Work across cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, BI, Product, and Business) to support data-driven decision-making. Provide technical mentoring on best practices in data analysis and analytics engineering. Required Skills : 5+ years of experience in data analytics roles with a strong focus on business problem-solving and insights generation. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake as a data platform. Proven experience with AWS services relevant to data analytics (S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, etc.). Strong SQL skills and proficiency in working with large-scale data sets. Ability to independently translate business needs into data analysis solutions. Experience working with modern data stack tools and practices. Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, with a focus on clarity and action. Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex data problems and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry , with an understanding of industry-specific datasets and compliance. Experience with Python or another scripting language for data manipulation. Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.). Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices.
Profile : The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Snowflake , AWS , and SQL , coupled with a collaborative approach to partnering with business stakeholders. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a significant advantage.
