Technical Lead For DevOps Team
Atria Health is seeking a Technical Lead for our DevOps team to drive engineering excellence across our infrastructure, SDLC, and observability domains. This senior individual contributor role is responsible for leading the technical direction of our DevOps team, including mentoring engineers and day-to-day execution, and partnering with domain product teams (Clinical Experience, Member Experience, and Care Delivery) to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure systems. You'll own complex infrastructure initiatives from design through implementation while establishing best practices that elevate the entire engineering organization. Tech Stack

Technical Leadership Define and drive the technical vision for DevOps practices across the organization Lead architecture decisions for infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud resources Serve as a technical escalation point for complex infrastructure challenges Conduct design reviews and provide guidance on reliability, security, and scalability Infrastructure & Operations Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform using Terraform Own and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, safe deployments Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability systems Drive incident response processes and lead post-mortems to improve system resilience Cross-Team Collaboration Partner with product engineering teams to understand their infrastructure needs and translate them into scalable solutions Work closely with Security to implement and maintain compliance and security best practices Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership on capacity planning and technical roadmaps Mentorship & Culture Mentor and coach DevOps engineers, fostering growth and technical development Establish and document DevOps standards, runbooks, and best practices Champion a culture of reliability, automation, and continuous improvement Reporting & Work Arrangement
This role reports to the Senior Director of Engineering. This is a hybrid role based in New York City, with 3 days/week in the office (Tuesday–Thursday). Travel to other Atria locations as needed. Compensation: $190,000-$250,000
