About
Responsibilities
Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments.
Contribute to large-scale planning and strategic initiatives.
Design, code, test, debug, document, and deploy applications and technology solutions.
Evaluate and resolve moderately complex technical challenges.
Lead projects, act as an escalation point, and mentor junior team members.
Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to achieve technical objectives.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
Support release management, upgrades, and deployments.
Translate business and client needs into scalable technical solutions.
Required Skills
4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent combination of education, training, or military experience.
3+ years of hands‑on Python development .
4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience.
4+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub), Harness/Spinnaker , and Release Management.
4+ years of experience with Cloud and Container Technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
4+ years of experience using Git or other version control systems.
Strong experience in designing, developing, testing, debugging, documenting, and deploying enterprise applications.
Preferred Skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Scripting: Bash, PowerShell .
Middleware & Messaging: IBM MQ, Solace, Confluent Kafka .
Observability & Monitoring: Elastic, Kibana, Grafana, AppDynamics, Kafka, BigPanda .
Cloud, Containers & Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift ; platform setup and optimization experience.
Frameworks, APIs & Databases: Spring Framework, REST APIs, MongoDB, SQL, NoSQL .
ITSM & Agile: ServiceNow and Agile Scrum methodologies.
Experience in system design, development, testing, debugging, documentation, deployments, and reviewing moderately complex technical challenges.
