About

5–10+ years of experience with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or AWS RDS. Strong skills in SQL development, stored procedures, data modeling, indexing, and performance tuning. Experience with data migration, ETL, data validation, and integration with REST APIs. Ability to design databases that support large data volumes and high numbers of concurrent users. Experience with cloud environments such as AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or Appian Government Cloud. Knowledge of Agile and DevSecOps tools such as Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, RMF, and Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA). Experience implementing role-based access controls, encryption, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
