About
Owning the design, test, and go-live technical aspects to ensure delivery of web, media, and security solutions
Being a proactive technical consultant for our customers, delivering value with every engagement
Acting as a trusted technical advisor to our strategic customers
Delivering coaching and training to customers to ensure value and usability from our products
Partnering with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues that arise during customer implementations
Qualifications
Have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 6 years of relevant experience
Have hands‑on experience with web applications or an understanding of TCP/IP networks
Be proficient in one or more web development languages, methodologies, or architectures
Have experience working with difficult customers
Demonstrate experience in a technical customer‑facing role and a desire to deliver consulting services
Display communication and presentation skills that allow you to articulate highly technical information in a concise manner
