Work with the product vendor to resolve software issues (10%)
Additional requirements:
Advanced experience with Windows Servicer 2008 and higher (3-5 years)
Beginner experience with MS SQL Server 2008 and higher (1-2 years)
Beginner experience with ITIL frameworks (1-2 years)
Intermediate experience with TFS 2013 or higher and SharePoint Online of 2013 or higher (2-3 years)
