About

Title: Salesforce Developer We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions tailored to business needs. This role involves hands‑on development, system integration, and end‑to‑end ownership of Salesforce projects within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver CRM solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning
Manage full Salesforce lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Lead release cycles, CI/CD processes, and system integrations (REST APIs, SSO)
Ensure security, performance, and scalability of Salesforce applications
Support data migrations, third‑party integrations, and AppExchange solutions
Required Skills:
6+ years of Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, JavaScript, and HTML5
Experience with Service Cloud / Health Cloud
Hands‑on with SFDX, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
Experience with API integrations, OAuth, and cloud/on‑prem integrations
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & Administrator
Nice to Have:
Platform Developer II certification
Experience with Conga / Drawloop
Exposure to government or compliance environments (FedRAMP)
