About

The QA Test Automation Engineer will work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery. This role involves defining, implementing, and championing quality practices across the software development lifecycle. The engineer will develop and execute automated and manual test scripts, assist in building CI/CD pipelines, and validate end-to-end flows for complex applications. Key Responsibilities Analyze, design, test, and deliver technology solutions while implementing comprehensive software quality assurance strategies. Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test scripts. Assist in building CI/CD pipelines for scheduled test execution. Validate end-to-end workflows across multiple teams. Document, track, and resolve software defects in collaboration with product delivery teams. Ensure quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle via peer reviews and QA processes. Develop and communicate software quality metrics related to reliability, performance, compliance, and security. Collaborate with delivery partners to align QA services with product delivery schedules. Required Qualifications Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years as a Senior Quality Engineer. Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Cypress and Selenium. Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS. Expertise in UI and API automation for web applications. Strong understanding of QA and testing disciplines; ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Experience with agile, cloud-based delivery models. Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to foster collaboration across teams. Knowledge of test automation best practices and ability to architect and debug complex scripts. Understanding of software development processes and major technology concepts.
