About

Job Overview Emseal, a Sika Company, is a manufacturer of premium sealants and expansion joint systems for the commercial construction industry and many specialty market applications. This position provides the opportunity to be the primary I/T applications developer and support contact for current and future business systems. The role will support various business applications, design and implement improvements to operating policies, and expand I/T support coverage for the company. This role will report to the Director of Information Technology. Annual Salary Range: $100,000–$125,000 based on education, experience, and qualifications of the applicant. Responsibilities Support of xTuple ERP system and any associated subsystems. Implement future upgrades and migration from an on-premises to a cloud‑based environment. Support of Configure One configuration/quoting system. Assist with support of Salesforce CRM system, primarily supported by a Sika corporate team. Manage internal sales and financial reporting processes. Solve problems, create tools, and train colleagues. Work outside of normal business hours as required to meet goals and minimize business impact.
