Scrum Master Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, drive project success, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives). Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices. Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage backlogs. Track progress using Agile tools (e.g., Jira) and ensure transparency. Identify and resolve obstacles to team success. Promote continuous improvement through actionable feedback. Qualifications Proven experience as a Scrum Master. Agile certifications. Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (preferred).
