The Vacancy Job Overview Supports engineering teams by gaining hands‑on experience with projects, processes, and technical tasks. Assists in research, documentation, testing, and project execution while learning industry best practices and engineering fundamentals. Key Responsibilities Assist engineers with project research, design, and documentation tasks. Participate in testing, data collection, and analysis to support ongoing projects. Support the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and drawings. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to learn and contribute to project deliverables. Maintain and organize project files, documentation, and engineering records. Observe and learn engineering processes, tools, and methodologies. Assist with troubleshooting and problem‑solving under supervision. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge‑sharing activities. Follow company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as assigned.
