We are seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to develop and maintain data solutions that deliver actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain data analytics solutions focused on decision making, optimization, and measurable business impact for key functional and business stakeholders. Create dashboards, recurring reports, and analytical outputs. Implement data validations to ensure integrity of data solutions and maintain data quality assurance. Ensure that data processes and outputs are robust, insightful, and timely. Promptly address ad‑hoc analysis requests with clear, well‑structured outputs rooted in accurate data and focused on delivering actionable insights. Maintain clear documentation of data sources, logic, data transformations, lineage, and outputs. Translate stakeholder needs into clear data specifications to meet business requirements. Act as a senior subject‑matter expert for enterprise analytics and reporting. Qualifications 2–3+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles. Background in Financial Services, consulting, or high‑growth technology environments preferred. Distinguished academic track record in a quantitative discipline. Skills & Competencies Proficiency in advanced data tooling, including SQL, DBT, and Tableau, as well as data modeling and data quality frameworks. Advanced Excel modeling skills preferred. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills. Effective communication, both orally and in writing. Strong documentation skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Physical Requirements Work in an office environment with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. May require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds. Required to work onsite 4 days per week.
