Engagement Status: Freelance position until December 2026 (extension possible)
Overview We are partnered with a leading global biopharmaceutical organisation and who seeking someone to support the digital transformation of CMC development laboratories, focusing on ELN development, system integrations, and cloud migration.
Requirements
Proven experience in ELN development and laboratory digitalisation
Strong technical, hands‑on profile (not project‑management focused)
Experience working in regulated lab environments
Fluent English and French
Hard Skills
ELN configuration and development ( IDBS preferred , Biovia a plus)
ELN migration experience (Desktop → Web → Cloud)
System and equipment integrations (APIs, data platforms)
Azure DevOps or similar tools
Understanding of digital lab ecosystems
Soft Skills
Comfortable working with scientists and IT teams
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
Curious, autonomous, and solution‑oriented mindset
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
(or equivalent practical experience)
