About
In this role, you will be responsible for the bring-up of Secure Element platforms, starting from first silicon. Your work will span boot and initialization bring-up, low-level hardware enablement, debugging and issue triage, as well as tooling and infrastructure setup. You will also contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and the successful handover of platforms to firmware development teams.
This position is well suited for engineers with a strong interest in embedded platforms who are looking to expand their expertise into the security domain.
Requirements
6+ years of professional experience
Experience in embedded software development using C
Studies in mathematics, computer science, electronics, physics, information technology or relevant discipline
Understanding of modern microcontroller architectures (ARM/RISC-V)
Knowledge about microcontroller peripherals such as Timers, GPIO, UART, SPI, I2C, USB
Knowledge about assembly language (ARM/RISC-V)
Knowledge about FPGA / HW emulation
Familiarity with debuggers such as JTAG and J-Link
Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.)
Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Team player attitude, self-reliant
Nice to have
Knowledge about cryptography
Knowledge about assembly language (ARM/RISC-V)
Knowledge about firmware optimization techniques
Knowledge about RTOS
