Key Responsibilities Marketing & Sales Collateral
Design and produce marketing collateral including one-pagers, email assets, newsletters, trade show materials, and sales support materials
Translate technical product and company messaging into clear, visually compelling assets that reinforce the Amprius brand in a fast-paced B2B technology environment
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop polished creative deliverables for product launches, campaigns, and customer-facing initiatives
Support reporting on engagement and campaign performance to help inform future creative development
Website & Social Media
Create and update visual and digital content for the website to support new products, events, and marketing campaigns
Collaborate on website enhancements, including page layout, user experience improvements, and SEO-informed content presentation
Develop branded social media assets and supporting copy for platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube
Help maintain a consistent visual identity and message across digital channels
Digital Content & Design
Design short-form digital assets such as graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and campaign visuals aligned with brand standards
Support the execution of organic social campaigns through strong visual storytelling and creative asset development
Create presentations and branded materials tailored to a range of internal and external audiences
Contribute to the ongoing evolution and consistent application of visual brand standards across marketing deliverables
Video & Animation Projects
Support the development of visual assets and creative inputs for corporate videos, product demos, and animations
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to help manage timelines, reviews, and deliverables
Assist with storyboarding, slide design, script support, and creative review processes
Help ensure video and motion content aligns with brand standards, campaign goals, and product messaging
Qualifications
1 - 3 years of experience in graphic design, visual content creation, or a related marketing role, preferably in a B2B technology environment
Travel Requirement: 10%
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Figma
Strong visual design skills with an eye for layout, branding, and clear communication
Experience creating digital assets for social media, presentations, email, web, or sales collateral
Familiar with AI‑assisted design tools, along with an interest in modern workflows that improve creative efficiency
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube
Experience collaborating with external creative vendors or agencies is a plus
Interest in energy, cleantech, aerospace, or other advanced technologies
Compensation & Benefits
Comprehensive compensation package includes base salary + RSUs. Salary range for this role is $75,000 to $88,100. Base salary will be determined based on knowledge, experience, and education.
