Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehab services in our inpatient and home-based settings. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence in daily living, work, and leisure activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, educate patients and families, document outcomes, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment focused on high-quality, patient-centered care and professional growth.
