Physical Therapist

Kingston Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join Kingston Health Center of Vermilion’s Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you will assess residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, function, and quality of life in assisted living, rehabilitation, and memory care settings. You will document care in the EMR, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, and educate residents and families.
