Schedule Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with every third weekend required. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Travel LPN for a Swing Bed Unit, focusing on skilled nursing care. In this position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients in a supportive environment. ResponsibilitiesAdminister medication and treatment as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs. Assist with activities of daily living and patient mobility. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain the confidentiality of patient information and adhere to facility policies. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureActive LPN licensure. ACLS and BLS certifications required.
