About
We are looking for a Full or Part-Time positive, self-motivated and compassionate Associate Veterinarian for a very busy, locally owned, 3 doctor practice. We would love if you have an interest in ultrasound, critical care, wellness, and educating our wonderful support staff and amazing clientele. You will NOT be scheduled more than 35 hours a week for Full-Time. No Weekends, Nights or Holidays! Plenty of great benefits including health/dental insurance and a 401k match! Ability to show compassion to both pets and their owners
Outstanding dexterity in handling small animals while performing precise tasks and encouraging Fear Free Technique
Ability to react quickly and make decisions under pressure about the wellbeing of an animal
Strong fondness and understanding of animals and the bond they have with their owners.
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Especially while the hospital is busy.
Knowledge of animal behavior
Ability to work long hours standing on feet
