About
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Provide medication reminders Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment Follow individualized care plans and document care as required Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff
Qualifications
Current Florida CNA license or HHA certification (required) Current CPR certification (required) Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance in your name (required) CEU's Physical examination and TB screening (preferred if available) Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening through Florida's Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow care plans and work independently Dependable attendance, punctuality, and commitment to all scheduled shifts
