Key Responsibilities
Lead daily workflow between radiologists, technologists, and scheduling staff
Prepare and manage monthly technologist schedules. Communicate staffing updates to scheduling and operational teams
Perform mammography and related exams as needed
Coordinate urgent ("STAT") imaging requests
Develop and maintain clinical protocols and QA programs
Lead ACR accreditation and MQSA compliance efforts
Oversee stereotactic biopsy and wire localization procedures
Troubleshoot workflow issues and ensure smooth operations
Supervise staff performance, evaluations, and corrective actions
Maintain equipment records and regulatory documentation
Uphold patient confidentiality and professional standards Ability to perform Biopsies Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
ARRT certification and current licensure
3+ years mammography experience and 3+ years supervisory experience
Knowledge of mammography standards, protocols, and quality assurance
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
NYSDOH License Ideal Candidate
