Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Occasional mandatory overtime required Occasional Saturday shifts and weekend rotation required based on business needs Allmed Benefits: Vision Insurance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance and 401(k) Pay Rate: $21.00/hr (Paid Weekly) Work Location: Shopton Rd, Charlotte, NC Contract to Hire: 06/07/2026 to 06/30/2027 Position Overview We are seeking a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician to join a fast-paced pharmacy fulfillment team in Charlotte, NC. This position is responsible for processing prescription orders, maintaining inventory, supporting shipping operations, and ensuring medications are prepared accurately for pharmacist verification. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to thrive in a production-focused environment. Team Environment The Pharmacy Technician will work alongside a team of 21 Pharmacy Technicians under the supervision of one Pharmacy Supervisor. This collaborative team is focused on accuracy, efficiency, and providing exceptional service to patients. Key Responsibilities
Process and fill prescription orders in preparation for pharmacist verification. Retrieve medications from inventory and stock locations. Count, package, and prepare prescriptions accurately and efficiently. Assist with packing and shipping completed prescription orders to patients. Maintain drug inventory and automated dispensing units. Replenish workstation supplies, including vials, caps, labels, and other pharmacy materials. Support inventory management and pharmacy operational activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Active registration with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy (NCBOP). National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or ExCPT/PTCE). Previous Pharmacy Technician experience. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a high-volume pharmacy or production environment. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Ability to meet productivity goals while maintaining quality standards. Interview Process
