Location: Seattle, WA Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) - School Setting 5 days per week (1.0 FTE) or 4 days per week (0.8 FTE) Setting: In-person, K-12 public school environment Multiple positions available! Sept through June 2027; October 2026 through March 2027, or Nov 2026 - May 2027 Responsibilities: Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation Conduct evaluations and write reports Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families Maintain timely documentation and progress notes Qualifications: Must hold (or be eligible for) Washington State OT license Must hold (or be willing to obtain) ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate) Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required Benefits: Paid Sick Leave Healthcare Benefits* 401(k) with company matching W-2 employment with general and professional liability insurance Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and other professional expenses Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate between school sites Referral bonuses No non-compete clauses Paid time off for volunteer work and donation matching*(*Benefits apply to 0.8 FTE and above, following a short waiting period) Why Join Ampersand Therapy?
