Evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs to develop personalized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic activities aimed at improving patients' functional abilities. Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques. Maintain compliance with all safety and clinical standards. Qualifications:
Valid occupational therapy license in the state of practice. Proven experience in outpatient or clinical rehabilitation settings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
