Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to provide direct patient therapy to kids with autism, developmental disabilities, and delays Evaluate each patient's needs and establish a treatment plan Lead tailored therapy sessions to address areas like feeding, language, and speech Implementing the care plan while prioritizing each child's growth and well-being
What We Need From You:
Master's degree in communication disorders or speech-language pathology Current professional license from the WA State Department of Health (or in the process of obtaining one) Understanding of child development and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children Ability to get on the floor and play with the kids Cheerful, outgoing, and bubbly personality Social and creative mindset Self-motivation to do an amazing job and make a lasting difference for the kids
2+ years of related work experience and fluency in Spanish would be preferred but aren't required.
