About
Perform all diagnostic testing and quality control in accordance with established policies and procedures. Prepare reagents and report accurate, reliable, and timely test results. Conduct moderate to high complexity testing with precision and attention to detail. Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment. Monitor and maintain laboratory computer applications. Manage inventory and ensure adequate supply levels. Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure workflow efficiency and quality outcomes. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications Certification & Licensure
Required: State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License
Education
Required: Associate's Degree in Medical Technology or Related Field
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field
Experience
Minimum of 4 months of clinical laboratory experience required
