About
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase hotel revenue. • Create and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agents. • Respond quickly and effectively to all client queries and concerns. • Conduct site inspections and tours to showcase the hotel's capabilities to potential clients. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales information and activities. • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the hotel brand. • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, including rates and terms and conditions. • Collaborate with other departments within the hotel, such as marketing and operations, to ensure client satisfaction. • Provide regular reports to the senior management team regarding sales performance and market trends. • Act as the face of the hotel during sales interactions and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in hotel sales management Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
