Job Expectations of the Automotive Sales Consultants is as follows: Must possess great self-motivation and extraordinary mind-set Possess great customer service skills Willing to step out of your comfort zone and demand great sales results Perform our process with honesty, integrity, and professionalism A competitive spirit within our team concept Learn and follow our proven sales process Approach and assist all customers with high level of enthusiasm and professionalism Maintain contact with current and past customers Complete product certification and maintain above zone average customer service rating Willingness to learn and continue to improve your skills Handle all customer concerns promptly Requirements Requirements of the Automotive Sales Consultant would be as follows: Valid Driver’s License Clean Background Check Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: Commission pay Education: High school graduate or equivalent Experience: Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred) Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
