Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) ARMStaffing is seeking compassionate and reliable Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurses (RNs) for travel and local assignments at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across the U.S. If you have a passion for supporting aging and chronically ill patients, we're ready to place you where you're needed most. Job Description: As an LTC RN, you'll provide ongoing care for residents with chronic illnesses, disabilities, and age-related conditions. You'll help manage care plans, administer medications, and ensure comfort and dignity in a long-term setting.
Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents Administer medications, treatments, and wound care Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and facility staff Support residents and their families with education and compassionate communication Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility and state regulations
Active RN license (Compact license preferred) BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of recent LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently in a structured care environment
