Pearl Haven is a specialized facility on the north shore of Oahu that provides trauma informed therapeutic services for girls ages 11-17 who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with serious emotional and behavioral disturbances to try and help them heal from their trauma. Pay: $125/hr Perks & Benefits: Regarding insurance coverage: You will be eligible for Medical insurance on the first of the month following your first day of full-time employment. Pearl Haven Benefits & Perks What you will do: As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical, psychiatric, and wellness services for youth in a trauma-informed residential treatment setting. You will oversee nursing and medical department operations, conduct assessments, prescribe and manage medications, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and organizational standards. You will also provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff, support health education and wellness initiatives, and serve as a key resource for medical guidance and emergency consultation. To be considered you: Must be licensed in Hawaii as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner with full prescribing authority, board certified, and hold a Master's or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited advanced practice program. Requires at least three years of Nurse Practitioner experience, current CPR certification, valid Hawaii driver's license and DEA registration, the ability to work with adolescents, strong leadership and confidentiality skills, and the ability to pass all required background, drug, physical, and TB screenings. Must maintain all required continuing education and be available to work a flexible schedule as needed. Information regarding Schedule: Works 2-3 days per week, minimum of 20 hours weekly. One scheduled weekend day every other weekend. Schedule may vary or be adjusted due to business demand or unforeseen circumstances.
