Dermatologist Position at Overlake Clinics Overlake Clinics is seeking an experienced Dermatologist for our growing Dermatology practice located in Bellevue, WA. Position Highlights: - Full-time, 1.0 FTE (36 patient contact hours) - Schedule: option of 4 10s or 5 8s - EPIC EMR with integrated DAX copilot (AI-automated documentation tool) - Join a physician-led organization where you'll experience the autonomy and flexibility of a private practice but with the support and stability of a hospital-based practice. Compensation & Benefits: - Generous Value-Based Compensation Model: $472k-$706k - Generous PTO (up to 264 hours) - 1 week of CME plus $5,000 in CME funds - Relocation support available - 5–7% retirement matching and immediate vesting - Overlake qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Qualifications: - Board certified/eligible in Dermatology - Completion of a US residency program - Washington physician license by time of hire - Experience with EPIC preferred Overlake Clinics offers a wide range of services, including 5 Urgent Care Clinics, 11 Primary Care Clinics and 19 Specialty Clinics on Seattle's Eastside.
