Job DescriptionThe Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in driving the operations of the store to maximize results and the achievement of Key Performance Indicators. In partnership with the Store Manager, they will maintain and present the store in accordance with company guidelines, handle the daily operations of the Store and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the brand, and monitor the team's performance, developing their level of competencies through regular coaching.
Qualifications- 3+ years of progressive management experience
- High attention to detail
- Ability to proactively present and escalate ideas, suggestions and problems
- Hands-on, practical problem solving and ability to complete tasks within set timeframes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrates a high level of business acumen with the ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends and opportunities
- Passion to inspire and influence a team with a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Proven experience driving positive customer interactions
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
