Are you an experienced Electrical Design Engineer ready to take on a leadership role within a growing consultancy?
We're recruiting for a Principal Electrical Design Engineer to lead the delivery of complex building services projects while mentoring engineering teams and strengthening client relationships.
This position offers a unique opportunity to combine technical leadership, project delivery and strategic influence within a forward-thinking engineering environment.
The Role
* Lead electrical design delivery across multiple projects.
* Act as a technical authority within the business.
* Manage and develop key client relationships.
* Oversee project quality, resources and programme delivery.
* Mentor and develop engineers across the team.
* Support business growth and project opportunities.
About You
* Extensive experience within building services consultancy.
* Strong background in electrical design and project delivery.
* Proven leadership and client-facing experience.
* Commercial awareness and project management capability.
* Chartered status or working towards chartership is advantageous.
