About the role As the Content Marketing Manager, you will advance our mission to help enterprises automate their security operations through cutting‑edge AI solutions. You will lead and organize content creation to educate and acquire customers throughout their buyer journey, working closely with stakeholders across the company to generate creative ideas, manage an editorial calendar, write content briefs, and create, review, and launch content yourself. What you’ll do Create engaging content that speaks to buyers’ needs and pains to accelerate the buyer journey. Collaborate with internal and external experts to produce relevant content while ensuring consistent messaging. Influence the content strategy that supports corporate goals. Build and maintain a content roadmap and blog editorial calendar. Regularly track, measure, and optimize content based on AI Search Optimization (ASO) and traditional SEO best practices, marketing goals, engagement metrics, and departmental objectives. Identify emerging trends to create relevant, engaging, and informative blog content. Create content briefs and project‑management processes to manage the company’s stable of content creators, ensuring final delivery is on time and on-message. Write and copy‑edit content that includes blogs, videos, infographics, case studies, and website landing pages. Activate final content through internal and external channels. Organize and manage Swimlane’s library of content. Develop and execute a social media content strategy to drive engagement and increase brand visibility. Manage and curate content across key social media platforms. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in a fast‑growing SaaS company. General understanding of cybersecurity and the cybersecurity ecosystem, either through direct experience or education. Proficient writing and content editing skills, with proven examples. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to align projects across multiple departments. Creative mindset to transform stale concepts into compelling stories. Ability to generate derivative content from larger initiatives. Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and simply. Collaborative personality with an open mind to feedback. Interpersonal skills to interview customers, executives, and SMEs to develop unique angles. Familiar with SEO and AI Search Optimization (ASO), applying these strategies while creating content that converts readers and informs AI models. Analytical thinker driven by measurable content impact. Willingness and excitement to grow and adapt with the role, with a can‑do attitude and a readiness to roll up your sleeves. Experience managing content and audience engagement across major social media platforms.
