Description: This is a Physical Therapist position in a home health setting. The therapist will be traveling to patients' homes. The role involves treating patients with general orthopedic conditions such as hips and knees. Also includes cases of generalized weakness, strengthening, and cardiac rehabilitation. All patients are seen in a home health setting. No weekend or holiday requirements. Scrub color: navy top and tan bottom. Experience with electronic medical record systems is preferred. Common diagnoses include orthopedic conditions and cardiac rehabilitation. The therapist will work with patients to enhance their mobility and improve their quality of life.
