What You'll Do
Perform accurate blood bank testing, including blood typing, Rh, antibody screening, and compatibility testing Conduct chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, and serological/micro testing Maintain daily quality control and instrument maintenance Troubleshoot analyzers including chemistry, urinalysis, hematology, and coagulation analyzers Follow universal precautions and adhere to all safety and operational policies Communicate effectively with team members, physicians, and other staff Ensure timely and precise completion of laboratory tests and procedures Demonstrate dependability, punctuality, and professionalism
What You Need Required: MT, MLT, or MLS licensure or certification in Arkansas or eligible for through CE or reciprocity Experience with blood bank testing and analyzers Venipuncture skills Knowledge of quality control procedures and lab troubleshooting Preferred: Blood bank experience Strong communication and teamwork skills
