About
Engage in training programs to gain knowledge of healthcare protocols and procedures Learn and apply fundamental nursing skills under supervision Assist nursing staff in providing daily care to residents Support residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and grooming Collaborate with the care team to ensure the well-being of residents
Requirements:
Must be able to commit to a full time course, (Monday - Friday / 8 hours a day) for 4 weeks. Must have excellent attendance, reliable transportation, be consistently dependable. THPs start at $16 an hour / Then after completion promoted to LNA, and pay is $20 an hour (base). There are additional shift differentials on top of base pay. Must be able to stand, bend, lift, work all day. Need to have a good understanding of what an LNA does (full care / bathing / changing / bodily fluids etc…) After graduation, must be able to work days, evenings, or overnights….and must cover 2 weekends per month. Must commit to working in our Center for 1 year Full-time after getting LNA license. There is a course fee payback requirement if required year is not met.
