Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Arkansas APRN licensure in good standing Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification DEA licensure (or willingness to obtain) CPR and ACLS training within 9 months of employment Willingness to become certified in MAT and HIV care (training provided) Strong clinical knowledge combined with excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to build strong patient relationships focused on trust, respect, and health education Proficiency with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office tools
