Insurance Biller The Insurance Biller performs all billing responsibilities. In addition, must be able to perform all job duties / responsibilities specific to the payer they have been assigned and be cross-trained with other insurance billers to cover their assigned payers. Perform other duties as requested or assigned. May be expected to work varying hours. Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED) preferred.
Experience:
Three to five years' experience in healthcare patient accounts preferred. Ability to communicate clearly, use good judgement and be understanding towards patients. Ability to work under stress with frequent interruptions. Ability to maintain confidentiality with patient records. Proficiency on personal computer.
