About
Conducting thorough patient assessments and physical examinations. Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices. Providing expert HIV care and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). Prescribing and managing medications, therapies, and individualized care plans. Collaborating with behavioral health, dental, and pharmacy teams for integrated care. Educating patients and families on health, treatment, and preventive strategies. Supporting quality-improvement initiatives and PCMH standards.

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of an approved residency in a primary care specialty. Active or eligible Arkansas medical license and DEA registration. Experience in HIV care and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; CPR and ACLS within nine months of employment. Commitment to serving diverse patient populations in a community-based setting.
