About
10–14 patients per day. Mostly one-on-one treatment. 45–60 minute evaluations. Strong referral base and steady Concord community caseload. Large modern facility with private treatment rooms. Fully equipped rehab gym. Skilled aides to support exercise progression.
Compensation & Benefits:
$52–$70 per hour (DOE). Performance bonuses. Medical, dental, vision. PTO and paid sick leave. Continuing education support. Clear path to senior or leadership roles. Full-time clinicians typically earn strong six-figure compensation.
New Graduates Welcome – Real Mentorship:
One-on-one case review. Direct guidance from experienced orthopedic PTs. Manageable caseload designed for growth. Support building clinical reasoning and confidence. What We're Looking For:
DPT, MPT, or equivalent. California license (or eligibility). Interest in outpatient orthopedics. Strong communication skills. Clinicians who care about doing things the right way.
