What You'll Be Doing Each day presents new challenges, and every interaction you have will be significant. In this role, you will be a guiding hand through the initial phases of recovery - whether that's assisting a patient in restoring balance post-surgery or guiding someone in their rewarding journey to walk again following a stroke. This position requires high levels of engagement, where your clinical acumen meets compassion. You will evaluate needs, execute focused treatment strategies, and adjust care plans as your patients advance along their recovery path. Enabling coordinated care, you will also play a pivotal role in discharge planning and facilitating safe returns home.
