About
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with proposals, contracts, presentations, and promotional materials.
Coordinate group bookings, manage rooming lists, and ensure accurate reservation details are communicated across departments.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to execute meetings, conferences, and special events seamlessly.
Maintain sales databases, generate reports, schedule meetings, and handle internal communications.
Respond to inquiries, maintain client relationships, and ensure a high level of service throughout the booking process.
Support marketing efforts through social media, promotional campaigns, and collateral creation.

Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred; or two years related experience and/or training in a hotel / resort sales environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
