Service Representative Training Lead
Train new service representatives throughout the region.
Assist in coverage for understaffed centers throughout the region as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Train service representatives on policies, procedures, systems, and all other job duties.
- Assist understaffed locations by fulfilling the Service Representative position duties.
- Complete thorough and accurate location reviews and vehicle inspections.
- Assist in the development of processes and practices to improve regulatory compliance, safety, safe driving practices, efficiency, and all other center or employee needs.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Write routine reports and correspondence.
- Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CDL with HazMat endorsement preferred.
Physical Demands:
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
