Job Description

Hamilton Physical Therapy Services is looking for a motivated and compassionate Front Desk Admin/Physical Therapy Aide Hybrid to join our team. This unique dual-role position plays a vital part in both front office operations and patient care support, helping ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check in patients, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient accounts.
  • Handle clerical tasks including data entry, filing, referral tracking, collections, and completing system tasks.
  • Assist licensed physical therapy staff by observing patients during therapeutic exercises, ensuring safety and proper technique while under direction of licensed clinical staff.
  • Prepare patients for therapy sessions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and shared spaces; launder linens and sanitize treatment areas.
  • Assemble, disassemble, and maintain therapy equipment to ensure functionality.
  • Perform clinic opening and closing duties, including securing the facility
