About
- Minimum of 24 months recent experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab required (must include experience within the last 12 months) - Current and active state license to practice with no disciplinary actions or hits - Valid driver's license required to verify residency - Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI required - ARRT certification required - Flu vaccination required (or valid medical/religious exemption with documentation) - Completion of Banner Cover Page required - Submission must include a detailed resume listing all facilities, departments, trauma levels, and number of beds - Cardiac Cath Lab skills checklist must be completed within the last 12 months - License, certifications, and vaccination status must be documented and verified - RTO (Requested Time Off) cannot exceed 7 days; no RTO allowed during the first week of assignment - Travel experience highly preferred - Strict adherence to Banner's background check and compliance requirements is mandatory
