RN Charge Nurse / Supervisor APPLICANT MUST BE A REGISTERED RN** The Charge Nurse is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has superior nursing knowledge. This position requires a strong unique person who is able to adapt at a moment's notice to any situation including those of high stress. The RN that holds this position must have the ability to be positive in all things with the ability to manage our behavioral unit successfully. Medication Med Pass Supervision-Supervise CMTs Turn List CNA Care plans It is your duty to supervise the floor Nurses, CMT's, CNA's, and Hall Monitors to ensure the safety and security of the residents and the integrity of your units. You will assist in training these employees to the point they are capable and confidently completing all necessary paperwork for the units.
