Requirements: - Salary Range: $45 - $50
Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing facility setting. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote optimal patient outcomes. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and facility policies. - Support and educate patients and their families in care processes.
Compliance / Notes: - 10% salary placement fee. - No weekend rotation. - 97 beds in the facility.
